Air Needle Scaler For Removing Paint Rust Dirt Or Welding Slag

AirCraft Air Needle Scaler For Removing Paint, Rust, Dirt Or Welding Slag (AT0024)

At a Glance: Pneumatic needle scaler for aggressive surface cleaning—strips rust, paint and slag fast while reaching irregular shapes and tight areas.

Some jobs don’t need gentle sanding—they need controlled, rapid impact. The AirCraft AT0024 Air Needle Scaler is built for heavy-duty surface preparation where paint, rust, dirt and welding slag must go. Multiple hardened needles strike the surface at high frequency, breaking up stubborn contamination and leaving a keyed texture that’s ready for further finishing, coating or welding work. Because needle scalers conform to uneven shapes, the AT0024 is especially useful on weld beads, castings, corners, curved surfaces and textured steel where discs and flap wheels struggle. It’s a workshop favourite for fabrication, plant maintenance, panel shops and anyone who wants fast cleaning without spending the day fighting rust.
